Our website might be new, but we have been supplying our customers with the best quality jewellery, watches & services since 1841.

As a small independent family business, we believe that buying an item of jewellery is a very special, personal thing & is as much about the experience of buying something as owning it. That's why we want you to see who we are on our website as much as what we sell. Our staff are part of our family & our customers are our friends.

I hope over the coming months to bring you advice about choosing the ideal gift, whatever that may be, to the many varied services we offer. I'd also like share stories about our customers experiences, how they have gone from being new faces coming in for the first time to popping in to say hello when they are passing & introducing us to their family & friends.

One of the nicest experiences I have had was a few years ago when a lovely lady called in to look at engagement rings. Her partner worked night shifts while she worked 5 days a week. It made it hard for them to shop together. She found "THE RING" & immediately called home to tell him, waking him up in her excitement. He told her to go ahead & buy the beautiful diamond cluster ring she had chosen, as she clearly loved it. Purchase made, she leaned over the counter to give me a massive hug as "she had to share her happiness with someone".

Very soon after, we were introduced to her other half & their wonderful twins, a boy & girl just like I have, only a lot younger & the friendship began. We were able to feel part of their wedding plans when they bought their wedding rings & it's always nice to see how much the twins have grown since the last time they were in. It's a pleasure & a privilege to share such special moments with our customers.
